1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it's shipped.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

2. Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (U.S. only).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery status at any time through the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

BBT APPAREL is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is missing, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact us at support@bbtapparel.com. We’ll do our best to assist you.
